Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Whisker Candy Online Pet Store. We take pride in the quality of the products we offer. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a return is considered. Below is our Return Policy, which applies to all purchases made through our online store:
Non-Returnable Items
All consumable pet products, including but not limited to pet food, treats, and supplements, are non-returnable and non-refundable. We prioritize the safety and health of all pets and, due to the nature of these products, cannot accept returns as we cannot ensure their integrity once they have left our store.
Eligible Items for Return
Non-consumable items, such as toys, accessories, and certain pet care products, may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs associated with the return of the defective or incorrect item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at Info@WhiskerCandy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have received your RMA number, please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include any paperwork, accessories, and manuals.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied to returned items that are not returned in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
